Terms of Service
Last updated: March 20, 2026
Please read these terms carefully before using Ticket Poster. By using the website, uploading content, generating a preview, or purchasing the final export, you agree to these terms.
1. What Ticket Poster is
Ticket Poster is a web tool that turns compatible CSV exports into a poster layout. The service currently offers free preview downloads, a paid high-resolution export, and an optional paid physical print add-on for selected orders.
At the moment, the product flow is the following:
- Preview JPG and preview PDF are delivered at 150 DPI and include a watermark.
- The paid product is a final A2 PDF at 300 DPI without watermark.
- Some checkouts may also offer a physical rolled A2 poster fulfilled by a third-party print partner.
- Physical print availability, formats, destinations, and shipping pricing can vary by order.
2. Acceptance of terms
If you use the service, you accept these terms as they apply at the time of use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Ticket Poster may update these terms from time to time by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated version.
3. Your use of the service
You agree to use Ticket Poster only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- upload CSV data, logos, or other content that you do not have the right to use;
- upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content;
- attempt to interfere with the service, overload it, scrape it, or bypass access restrictions;
- use the service in a way that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or confidentiality obligations.
You are responsible for the data you upload and for reviewing your preview before purchasing the final export.
4. Uploaded content and rights
You keep ownership of the CSV data, logos, and other content you upload, subject to the rights you already granted to others.
By using the service, you allow Ticket Poster to process that content only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for the content you upload and for the poster you generate.
5. Final export, fees, and payment
The high-resolution final export is a paid digital product. Some orders may also include a paid physical print add-on. The price shown at checkout is the applicable price for that order, excluding any taxes that may need to be added.
Payments are processed by Stripe. A purchase is completed only after successful payment confirmation.
Ticket Poster may change pricing, features, or product packaging at any time for future purchases.
6. Delivery of the paid export and print add-on
After payment, Ticket Poster provides access to the final digital export through the website. Delivery is considered complete once the paid PDF is made available for download.
The file may take a short moment to finish processing after payment. You are responsible for downloading and checking the delivered file.
If your checkout includes a physical print, Ticket Poster will submit that order to a third-party fulfilment partner using the shipping details you provided before payment.
Estimated production and delivery windows are best-effort only. Actual shipping times can vary because of carrier delays, customs processing, address issues, regional constraints, or third-party outages.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, email, phone number, and shipping address. Ticket Poster is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or extra costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.
7. Refunds and withdrawal
The paid export is digital content supplied on demand. Before checkout, Ticket Poster may ask you to confirm that delivery should start immediately after payment.
Where applicable law allows it, starting immediate delivery of digital content can affect or remove a withdrawal right once delivery begins. Any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
If you have a delivery problem after payment, contact linearposter@gmail.com with your purchase details. If the final PDF cannot be delivered due to a service-side issue, Ticket Poster may reprocess the export or refund the affected order. If a physical print order cannot be fulfilled because of a service-side or production-side issue, Ticket Poster may reprocess, replace, or refund the affected print order at its discretion.
8. Availability and changes
Ticket Poster may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. The service may also be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, technical issues, security work, or third-party outages.
9. Intellectual property
Ticket Poster and its software, branding, website content, and underlying tools remain the property of their respective owners, except for content you provide.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may use the poster file generated for you by the service for your internal or commercial purposes, as long as you have the necessary rights to the underlying content.
10. Termination or restriction
Ticket Poster may suspend, restrict, or stop access to the service if these terms are violated, if misuse is detected, or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Ticket Poster disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ticket Poster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
To the extent permitted by law, Ticket Poster's total liability for any claim relating to the paid export will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
13. General
If one part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
14. Contact
If you have a question about these terms or a paid export, contact linearposter@gmail.com.
